"MineARC Systems has been working with the MRC Group of Companies - HR Business & Services Consulting since September of 2006. As a foreign start-up company, MineARC selected MRC due to their extensive experience in dealing with multi-national companies and capabilities within the mining industry.

Marc Grimm, President MRC-Business Consulting Services has been involved in all facets of establishing a manufacturing facility for our refuge chamber products. Marc has continually displayed an impressive range of skills and knowledge during his support of the start-up phase. His ability to quickly develop and implement crucial business strategies and processes has ensured that MineARC could begin production within a short five month deadline.

MRC successfully integrated a value based sales strategy and process into the business which has been readily received by our customers. As a business that has a defined customer base and is reliant on repeat business, we are distinguishing ourselves from our competitors by providing truly integrated solutions and building strategic partnerships with our customers. The systems integration approach has also established the internal framework for the roles and responsibilities of our employees within the sales cycle and mechanisms for developing relationships with our vendors. This approach now underlies the fundamental way in which we do business at MineARC.

MRC has also assumed responsibility for the on-boarding of all new employees, new employee orientation, sales training and coaching as well as leadership and supervisory training. Whilst providing this support MRC has always ensured the optimum results for our business.
As an individual Marc has continually impressed me with his depth of knowledge and enthusiasm for his chosen field. He has an innate ability to understand a person’s strengths and weaknesses within a business environment. He complements this insight by continually challenging individuals in a way that brings about increased performance without further instruction. This unique method ensures a high level of comprehension from the individual that is not found in common training practices. It is these skills that have ensured a well balanced and cohesive team at MineARC.
