Marc Grimm, a native German, joined the MRC Group of Companies in August 2006.

Marc held several HR positions in the Banking & Finance and Health Care industries, including HR Manager, Director of Educational Programs and Senior Leadership Development Specialist.

As a senior consultant Marc worked for major corporations, both in the US and in Europe, including such companies as Capital One Auto Finance, Deutsche Telecom, The Plus Group, Celanese, Countrywide Mortgage, E*on Utilities Germany, Lockheed-Martin, Renault Automotive Germany, Vi-Jon and MineARC Systems America.
